For both these reasons, we prioritise securing top management understanding and support up front, and involving top management throughout our projects.
Conversations & complete thoughts
We adjust our communication style to suit you.
Our preference is for live conversations and 'vertical' text documents, supplemented by appropriate data charts.
We prefer not to use bullet-point text charts to communicate ideas, because we feel they can promote incomplete / unclear reasoning. We want to communicate clear, complete thoughts!
Data & stories
We love data! We are ninja data analysts, and we can pull the 'so what' out of a pile of numbers.
But we also know that not everything can be reduced to a number. You deal in real-life situations with real people and issues.
We want to help you pull data together with real cases / stories to get an accurate and rounded picture of reality.
Coaching & co-design
We find that a cascading approach works best in our organisation work: working with the chief executive and top team on personal growth, then helping them design and put practices in place to weave continuous development into their organisations.
We sometimes extend individual and small team work selectively deeper into the organisation to accelerate development.
